This Experience Refinement & Coherence Advisory practice is intentionally low-volume and relationship-driven, allowing for depth, presence, and nuanced understanding. I work with a select number of venues to help them see themselves through the eyes of their guests, identifying subtle gaps between intention and perception.
The result is a more coherent, fully aligned experience — allowing venues and services that are already high-end to become exceptionally memorable, quietly magnetic, and that naturally invite return.
